I've run out of steam in attempting to make a grass grow that's genetically designed to do the opposite.
The only service I can provide with confidence is overseeding with Bermuda seed because it's Florida's native grass.

Something to note about grass!
Similar to ALL golf courses, Bermuda grass should have been the turf residential properties received.
This used to be Zoysia & now it's a combination of the two.
